This document describes what the SPRIVO app actually does with your data.

SPRIVO ("we", "us", "the app") is operated by the developer of the SPRIVO
app. If you have questions about this policy or your data, contact us at

SPRIVO is a sprint-coaching app: you record or upload a short sprint
video, an on-device AI model analyzes your running mechanics, and SPRIVO
gives you a score, a phase-by-phase breakdown, and (for subscribers) a
personalized training plan, progress tracking, nutrition logging, and
live GPS run tracking.

We do not collect: your name (beyond what you choose to display),
gender, contacts, microphone audio, precise location outside an active
run, or advertising/tracking identifiers. SPRIVO has no advertising SDK
and does not sell your data to anyone.
SPRIVO currently runs with analytics disabled by default (a "no-op"
analytics implementation collects nothing). If analytics is enabled in a
future version, it will only ever record non-sensitive product-usage
events (e.g. "opened the Analyze screen") — never your video, photos, GPS
route, or performance data — and this policy will be updated first.

version (for SPRIVO Coach conversations or, if you request it, AI

what's needed to answer that one request, and would not be stored by
our backend beyond the request's lifetime.

Your data is retained for as long as your account exists, so your
history remains available to you. Local, on-device data (like sprint
videos) persists until you delete the specific analysis or use "Delete
Local Data." Deleting your account removes your cloud data; it does not
automatically wipe local data on every device you've used — use "Delete
Local Data" on each device if you also want that removed.
Data in transit to our backend is encrypted (HTTPS/TLS). Your account
data is protected by database-level access rules that ensure only you can
read or write your own records — enforced at the database layer via
Postgres Row-Level Security, not only in the app itself.
SPRIVO is intended for users aged 13 and older and is not directed at
children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from
children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided
us with personal information, we will delete it.
SPRIVO's backend infrastructure is hosted in the EU West (Ireland) region
via our database provider, Supabase. Your data is stored and processed
there regardless of the country you access SPRIVO from.
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the "Last
updated" date above and, for significant changes, notify you in the app.
