By creating an account or using SPRIVO ("the app"), you agree to these
Terms of Use. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
SPRIVO analyzes sprint-running video using an on-device AI model and
gives you a score, technique breakdown, and (for subscribers)
personalized training recommendations, progress tracking, nutrition
logging, and GPS run tracking.
SPRIVO is not medical, clinical, or professional coaching advice.
Every scoring/coaching feature in the app is explicitly labeled as an
early-stage (V1), rule-based estimate — not clinically validated, not a
substitute for a qualified coach, physical therapist, or physician.
Training recommendations are general fitness guidance, not personalized
medical advice. If you have an injury, medical condition, or are unsure
whether an exercise is safe for you, consult a qualified professional
before following any plan SPRIVO suggests.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are
responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at
least 13 years old to create an account.
a paid "SPRIVO Pro" subscription (monthly or annual) unlocking full
analysis reports, personalized training plans, SPRIVO Coach, and
additional features.
subscribed via (Apple App Store or Google Play) — pricing, billing
cycle, and cancellation are governed by that store's own terms.
end of the current period, through your app store account settings.
policies — we do not process payments or refunds directly.
never manually converts or invents a price.
You retain ownership of the sprint videos, photos, and other content you
create or upload. By using SPRIVO, you grant us the limited right to
process that content (e.g., run pose analysis on your video, send a meal
photo to an AI provider only when you request AI analysis) solely to
provide the app's features to you. We do not use your videos or photos to
train AI models, and we do not share them publicly.
You're responsible for the content you upload — don't upload video or
photos of anyone without their consent, or any content you don't have the
right to use.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
SPRIVO is provided "as is." Sprint scoring is an early-stage (V1),
rule-based estimate derived from on-device pose tracking — it has not
been clinically validated and should not be treated as scientifically
precise. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or
that any particular result (score, training outcome, weight/performance
change) will occur.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer of SPRIVO is not
liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from
your use of SPRIVO, including any injury sustained while following a
training recommendation. Always exercise your own judgment and consult a
professional for anything affecting your health.
You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of SPRIVO
after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the consumer protection laws applicable to
you in your country of residence, to the extent such laws apply.
